Vacancy Travel Agent

(24 – 40 hours p.w.)

Do you (want to) live in Spain and is customer satisfaction your middle name? Are you social, customer- and service-oriented and do you have a passion for travelling? Then this might be the job for you!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, social and passionate Travel Agent for our team in Spain – someone who will go the extra mile for our customers and will actively and positively think along with us.

As a Travel Agent you will be in direct contact with our customers on a daily basis. You will accept bookings by phone and enter these into our reservations system. You will also be advising our customers about our destinations and accommodations. If a customer has a question during their holiday, you answer it quickly and accurately.

What does your workday look like?

  • Process incoming phone bookings
  • Answering questions and requests from customers at the holiday destination via Whatsapp, mail and phone
  • Handling administrative matters concerning bookings
  • Follow-up on quotes
  • Aftersales
  • Advising customers about their travel destination and accommodations
  • Working hours: 16:00 – 21:00


What do we expect from you?

  • Experience in working at the Tourism Industry or contact center sector
  • Pleasant phone voice and good communication skills
  • Must be able to speak Dutch fluently (basic knowledge of the German and Flemish language would be an advantage)
  • You are customer and service oriented
  • You have good communication skills and you can easily talk to anyone
  • You don’t mind to work during the weekend
