We are looking for an enthusiastic, social and passionate Travel Agent for our team in Spain – someone who will go the extra mile for our customers and will actively and positively think along with us.
As a Travel Agent you will be in direct contact with our customers on a daily basis. You will accept bookings by phone and enter these into our reservations system. You will also be advising our customers about our destinations and accommodations. If a customer has a question during their holiday, you answer it quickly and accurately.
What does your workday look like?
- Process incoming phone bookings
- Answering questions and requests from customers at the holiday destination via Whatsapp, mail and phone
- Handling administrative matters concerning bookings
- Follow-up on quotes
- Aftersales
- Advising customers about their travel destination and accommodations
- Working hours: 16:00 – 21:00
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in working at the Tourism Industry or contact center sector
- Pleasant phone voice and good communication skills
- Must be able to speak Dutch fluently (basic knowledge of the German and Flemish language would be an advantage)
- You are customer and service oriented
- You have good communication skills and you can easily talk to anyone
- You don’t mind to work during the weekend
